Ok, here is my first post with a simple but very delicious recipe of shiitake.

First of all, you must marinate the pork overnight, boil it in pork fat for eight hours, and then press down with a weight overnight.
Then serve the meat with the shiitake mushrooms sautéed in pork juice and pork fat.

There is a simpler recipe:
To do this, marinate the pork overnight before baking, and then combine the meat with shiitake mushrooms fried in olive oil.

You can also use shiitake with lobster and chicken and you will be surprised by this perfect combination of fresh mushrooms from with these types of meats.
