Welcome to the first organic farm in North Port where we use Aquaponics, the greenest food technology ever!
Aquaponics, in our opinion, is a clever blend of contemporary technology with the natural synergy of plants and fish.

We allow the fish to feed the plants with fertilizers, which then purify the water by pumping it back to the fish in a closed water loop.
This gives amazing results: we use very little water and energy, and the yield is many times higher than with conventional farming.
We invite you to visit our farm, where you can buy fresh vegetables and fish, and feel the taste of natural products that do not contain the same chemicals used in fertilizers, and which taste like the products that our ancestors ate.

In our blog, we will publish the most relevant news about our company, tell you about new products, and give cool recipes for various dishes that can be prepared from our products, and you will also always be aware of all promotions and discounts.
We invite you to actively participate in the discussions, and if you have any questions, feel free to ask them.
We are always happy to answer any question and will try to help you!

Ok, here is my first post with a simple but very delicious recipe of shiitake.

First of all, you must marinate the pork overnight, boil it in pork fat for eight hours, and then press down with a weight overnight.
Then serve the meat with the shiitake mushrooms sautéed in pork juice and pork fat.

There is a simpler recipe:
To do this, marinate the pork overnight before baking, and then combine the meat with shiitake mushrooms fried in olive oil.

You can also use shiitake with lobster and chicken and you will be surprised by this perfect combination of fresh mushrooms from Aquaponical.co with these types of meats.

Subscribe to our blog updates and you will be the first to receive fresh recipes!

And, if you need fresh shiitake, welcome to visit our shop in North Port or buy it online here:
https://aquaponical.shop/

Finally, we have our first lettuce harvest and would like to invite all of you to visit our farm or place an order through our online store, where you can buy not only the salad itself but also other high-quality products for your table.
Why do we have healthy food?
Unlike vegetables grown using hydroponics technology, where the manufacturer can add fertilizers to water or soil, growing vegetables using aquaponics technology does not allow this for several reasons:
1. We do not want to do this for reasons of principle, as we believe that adding any fertilizer to water or soil will worsen the quality of products and the health of our customers.
2. Aquaponics is a closed system where the water that feeds the plants is supplied from the tanks where the fish live, and if someone wants to add fertilizer to the water, he will destroy the fish.
Without fish, our plants will not receive nutrients and will also die.
Therefore, given these two reasons, adding fertilizer to water or soil is not our case.

And that’s why you can rest assured that all of our vegetables are grown without the use of chemicals.
So, once you start shopping for our vegetables and fish, you will have the most environmentally friendly table in Florida, the same quality as our ancestors ate in the pre-industrial era.

So, welcome for a fresh lettuce!
Come or buy it here:
https://aquaponical.shop/
